Richard chose an eclectic path from an MSci Physics from Durham University, through management consulting and chartered accountancy, to leading Professional Services, Solutions and Innovation. After almost 20 years driving HR and Payroll technology and services globally, this has led to the perfect role in Immedis.
Richard’s life outside technology revolves around family and fitness.

As Chief Technology Officer, Alan is responsible for driving the future evolution of the Immedis technology stack. Alan is responsible for the day-to-day management of Immedis Technology Operations, technical strategy, platform release schedule, and driving the delivery of new features, functionality and products into our ever-expanding ecosystem. A major focus will be driving further technical and process automation across the entire global payroll lifecycle from Customer to Employee. Alan will also have a key role within the Immedis Customer Advisory Board in underpinning our customers digital change agendas at a truly global scale.
Prior to Immedis, Alan worked in Deloitte where he was head of Technology and Engineering and led their digital practice. He worked in customer facing roles and was responsible for technical management, architecture, and implementation across enterprise projects for major enterprise organizations.
Alan has a degree in Telecommunications and two Master’s – one in Data Analytics and the other in Software Engineering. He also holds a post graduate higher diploma in Business and Law.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Christine is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), an Associate of the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) and has a Certificate in the Principles of International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Christine has over 20 years’ experience in Global Payroll, Taxation and Social Security. She trained in KPMG and worked for a number of years as a manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) department of Deloitte, specialising in Global Mobility tax and social security compliance and consultancy for multinational companies, before joining the Taxback Group in 2010.

Barry has significant experience in both employment taxes and compensation and benefits, working with a range of clients across multiple industries including technology, financial services and software.
He is a regular guest and speaker in the media at a national and international level, where he discusses subjects relating to the future of tax.
Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Consultant (CTC) and Chartered Company Secretary (GradlCSA).

Fiona is an experienced Product Strategy and Support Delivery leader with a strong background in the HCM (Human Capital Management) and is responsible for product and integration roadmap including platform and service components. She leads an innovative Product team who are focused on delivering best in class Payroll technology to solve the operational challenges that a global environment brings to our customers.
Fiona has worked in the HCM and Payroll technology industry for more than 20 years with a proven track record in delivering innovative product solutions for this market. In her previous roles, Fiona has worked closely with customers to ensure alignment between the Product Strategy and the the business strategy of customers to deliver maximum return on investment.
Fiona has a degree in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant having worked in consulting on HR and Payroll projects since the outset of her career.

David has over 29 years’ experience in both the Irish and US IT industry. Working at the cutting edge of IT, designing and building leading IT infrastructure solutions in blue chip organisations. He started his IT career as a developer and quickly moved into IT operational roles in multinational organisations such as Elan and Glanbia.
In 2000 David setup DNM and managed a team of professionals to deliver Business Analytics, Cloud and Managed Service solutions to customers across Ireland, Europe and North America. David was also the Chairman of the Irish Canada Business Association from 2011 to 2016 driving the business agenda across both countries.
In 2019 David joined Immedis as Chief Information Officer David overseeing and driving the use of technology in Immedis. Working with a great team David manages the physical and cloud infrastructure ensuring operational excellence, security and compliance while also driving the IT strategy to supporting the business growth.

George is a Chartered Accountant, with more than 25 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Industry and Commercial Banking. George previously held senior corporate finance positions with PwC in Ireland and the US and with KPMG in Eastern Europe, where he advised companies on acquisitions and disposals; finance raising and corporate strategy. He ran his own consultancy for 10 years, where he provided corporate finance services to SMEs and start-up technology companies.
He has held FD and CFO positions across a number of sectors in Ireland and Slovakia.
George’s focus is on initiatives that increase value, and ensuring systems and process are in place to serve the business’ needs and allow Immedis to scale.

Columb works with the CEO to ensure the company strategy is felt across the business. He oversees new projects from the ground up before they are handed over to the relevant departments and supports with the overall operational function of the company. He is also the data protection practitioner for Immedis.

Emma joined Immedis in 2016 with a strong background in expatriate and employment taxes. She oversees the tax compliance function at Immedis, and specialises in the management of tax compliance for globally mobile employees. She also has experience in advisory tax services for international companies with focus on employment tax, social security and other global mobility tax issues.
Emma is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute and previously graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies.

As the leader of alliances and marketing at Immedis, Tiffany is responsible for all aspects of Immedis’s marketing efforts as well as the design, implementation, and expansion of Immedis’ global alliances and strategic partnerships. Tiffany has a passion for bringing forward unique offerings to organizations that deliver exceptional value.
Tiffany has worked in the human capital management (HCM) industry for over 15 years with a proven track record of success as a global alliances and marketing strategist. In her previous role at Cornerstone OnDemand, Tiffany led North American alliances strategy and partnerships, focused on business development and go-to-market strategies with both technology and consulting providers. Prior, Tiffany led all commercial functions, including marketing, strategic alliances and sales at HRchitect, a US-based HCM consulting firm.

With an MA in Software Engineering as well as Bachelor Degrees in both Computer Science and Economics, Osman ensures Immedis’ clients receive the best software and business intelligence tools in the market.

Philip joined Immedis in November 2016. His team are responsible for the delivery of international payroll for our multi-national clients while ensuring their employees remain tax and social security compliant in each of the jurisdictions while on assignment. He also manages the international payments that are required to be made to employees and the relevant tax authorities.
He is a Chartered Tax Advisor and has several other qualifications including an Honours Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering, a Higher Diploma in Maths and Statistics, and a Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science.

Martin is responsible for ensuring service excellence by setting up our client facing teams with clear processes, knowledge, technology, data and training. Martin and his team of global payroll experts are continuously on the lookout for improvement opportunities and work hand in hand with the Technological, Operations and Commercial departments to analyse, find solutions, implement and measure the effectiveness of solutions put in place.
Martin joined Immedis in November 2017 and was previously in the role of Global Head of Onboarding, resulting in detailed knowledge of our client’s expectations and the service that Immedis provides. Martin is a Computer Science graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing with Mobile Applications. He has been working in the HR Technology and Payroll Services Industry for 10+ years, and has a passion for delivering excellent service through technology to clients.

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the Taxback.com business concept while working as a student in Germany. He is a former winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award.
Terry attributes success to his team of highly skilled, committed staff, building lasting partnerships and a constant focus on developing new services.

Sinead is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Directors Ireland. Furthermore, Sinead is listed as one of Ireland’s Top 100 Most Innovative and Influential CFO’s.

Thomas Otter is the founder of Otter Advisory, which provides advisory services to corporates, technology vendors and investors in the field of HRTECH and enterprise application software. Thomas built his expertise in research, consulting, strategy and product management as – most recently – Head of Product at SAP SuccessFactors, and at Gartner as Research Vice President. He has worked with companies from around the world on their technology strategy. Thomas holds a PhD in business administration from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and an LLM in computer law from Strathclyde University. He is a fellow of the British Computer Society. Thomas currently serves on the board of directors as an NED at HeadHunter Group [NASDAQ:HHR].

Brian Neider is a General Partner at Lead Edge Capital. He joined the firm in 2012 and is a member of the Investment Committee for all Lead Edge funds. Brian primarily leads investments in software, internet and technology enabled services businesses. Prior to joining Lead Edge, Brian was a Vice President in the New York office of FTV Capital.
While at FTV, he focused on middle-market growth investments in the software and business services sector. Prior to earning his M.B.A., Brian was a New York-based investment professional with Bessemer Venture Partners. Brian holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
